Cancellation Policy

General Policies & Liability Waiver Niagara Dog Sports This policy applies to all classes, seminars, workshops, private lessons, group training sessions, and events hosted or facilitated by Niagara Dog Sports. Registration & Payment Policy All registrations must be completed and paid in full prior to participation unless otherwise approved by Niagara Dog Sports. A participant’s spot is not guaranteed until payment is received. Niagara Dog Sports reserves the right to refuse participation, pause training, or remove a dog or handler from a class or event at any time if safety, welfare, or policy compliance is a concern. Refund & Credit Policy All sales are final unless otherwise stated in writing. Refunds will not be issued once a class, seminar, or workshop has begun, or after the stated registration closing date for an event. Exceptions may be made only in extenuating circumstances, which are reviewed and approved solely at the discretion of Niagara Dog Sports. Missed classes, scheduling conflicts, handler error, weather, or changes in personal circumstances do not qualify for refunds or credits unless explicitly stated. Niagara Dog Sports reserves the right to cancel or reschedule classes or events due to weather, low enrollment, facility issues, or circumstances beyond our control. In such cases, participants may be offered a credit, transfer, or alternative date at Niagara Dog Sports’ discretion. Transfer & Resale Policy Where applicable, registration spots may be transferred or resold under the following conditions: Niagara Dog Sports must be notified and approve the transfer in advance The resale or transfer price may not exceed the original purchase price The new participant must agree to all policies and waivers prior to participation Niagara Dog Sports assumes no responsibility for private transfer arrangements or disputes. Training Expectations & No Guarantee of Results Participants acknowledge and agree that dog training results cannot be guaranteed. While Niagara Dog Sports and any guest instructors will provide professional, science-based instruction and reasonable support, a dog’s progress and performance depend on many factors, including but not limited to: The handler’s consistency, timing, and ability to apply instruction The dog’s age, health, temperament, drive, genetics, and learning history Environmental factors such as distractions, stress, arousal, and venue conditions Dogs may perform differently across session
